I don't have any answers. But I'm wondering if this is the equivalent
of thunderbird or firefox or neither. I use both of these for email
but haven't seen that issue. At least I don't recognize it from your
description. I've seen long delays, as for instance when it is waiting
for my password. But eventually the hang clears.

Subject: [Eug-lug] OT, but running on Linux

Slightly OT ... it is running on Linux ...
Using Seamonkey mail client ... occasionally upon sending, the copying
progress dialog box hangs (never stops or goes away), although the
sending, and copying to the Send folder, all seem to happen OK.

What is that "copying" dialog/progress doing? Why might it hang? Is it
really a problem?

I may be using the wrong search string, but I haven't found anything
useful as yet.

Any pointers welcome ... Thanks
Regards
Fred James
