Basically, full refund or free replacement.  Your only loss is your time.

At this point, I am waiting for the Z58 boards.  I'm also waiting for Ubuntu
11.04, which will support the integrated graphics, and for the new
SandForce SSD controller.  Since I have to reinstall Linux to go 64 bit,
I might as well upgrade everything in a big bang.
