I've been dabbling with Android stuff as well, and I now have a couple "real" projects I want to get off the ground. They are simple, but actually useful (for some very small values of useful).
I'd love to get together with people who have more experience on the platform (I've so far only done "hello world" in the emulator) for a chat. On this subject, I was also thinking about Android development as a subject for a talk at the IT Pro Forum. Any of you interested in that? Maybe do some sort of a roundtable thing?
