That is very interesting and good to know.  I don't know if thing have
changed over the years.  I for one was not counting on University
cooperation.  Seeing how their is more than one institution of higher
learning and finding out the government gives away money.  One might
be able to (though a group) form some sort of organization.  That had
a charter to encourager public use of advanced networking protocols
such as IPv6.  That is one idea I have and I think more discussion
should happen in a open public forum.  If this remains a non
commercial venture I.E. a hobbyist project.  Something along the lines
of seattlewireless.net.  It looks like 3/29 works for me as a date for
a meeting.  How does that work for everyone else?
