I have a New Barnes & Noble Nook I have just received. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/nook/index.asp?PID=34323&cds2Pid=35700#logo The Nook is new - sealed. When you buy a Nook at the store, you have 15-30 days store warranty, then the manufacturer warranty contract - I believe it's one year. The Nook was shipped by Barnes & Noble, you only have the manufacturer warranty contract. The owner would be able register the Nook use the warranty contract on the buyer's name. I am willing to take around 10% off. I'm on 39 and University.
