Yes, go to the USGS homepage (an excellent website). There is a map of Europa with some feature names, their origin, and standard definitions of surface features.

Europa folks,
Can anyone tell me if distinctive features on Europa have approved
names, and if so, where do we find out these names. One assumes that
the USGS has established some method of determining coordinates, which
may be related to a surface feature.
For me it puts some life into Europa (figuratively speaking) if we can
discuss particular features by name. Like "Klaes' Chasm"
