I think we should get into the habit of putting an agenda together for each meeting, and I'd be happier seeing more visible activity in getting stuff from the agenda (or the outcome of the meeting) done between meetings. Some stuff is frustrating and hard to make progress on - I still haven't heard anything from Amaze, for example - but I think we could be making progress in other areas such as towards deciding on the themes, for example. Perhaps more volunteers are needed, and that means some progress needs to be made in "recruiting" them. This list is very quiet...
