Are you saying that if Guido wants 2 projectors for his keynote it will cost an additional 1200 Euros, and 300 more to test it? Or are you saying that Guido's keynote will cost us 1200 Euros that isn't included in the budget? Or 1500 Euros because it has been already tested? Or ....
