I thought I resend this email. The previous one seems to get no response.
Instead of printing a bound programme booklet like in most conferences, we
could go for custom-designed folder (like this:

and the rest of the content can be printed normally (laser/inkjet printer) and
attached inside the folder.
Benefits:
- Reasonable price, less than £1 each

compared to custom print everything
- Content can be put together last minute, no rush binding/stapling etc. Good
for last minute abstracts etc.
- Can easily put sponsor materials. They normally would have brochures (or even
pens) that can be inserted easily even very close to the date.
- We have enough color print surface for sponsors, so have additional
opportunity for sponsorship money if necessary
Could somebody bring this up during the next meeting as I won't be around?
