I may be over-complicating the solution, but what I would like is a
way for what people voted for to be hidden, while that they voted is
not.  So -- make things work like Mailman subscriptions? -- have a
webpage where your email address is collected, and then have that
website mail you a new, generated link, which you could then use
to vote?
