Hello again, Although I mentioned this after the last meeting, we still need plenty of people to step forward and help spread the word about EuroPython. In order to do this in a systematic fashion, I've set up the following page:
http://wiki.europython.eu/Publicity/Channels You can add yourself as a contact for a particular news channel/outlet and then get in touch with them to promote the conference, or you can add other places where we might want to send announcements. Although one of us could spam a number of different channels, it is best that motivated volunteers engage their own part of the wider community and publicise the conference in the most appropriate way and with a message that is relevant and interesting to their audience. By publicising EuroPython, you can ensure that people with interests similar to your own will also be there. Please consider volunteering and spreading the word!
