Hi EP people,
A number of users have expressed interest in a longer meeting/workshop
related to our "Web/mobile templating in Silva" talk. We'd like to
organize a gathering on Wednesday afternoon. We specifically targeted
the slots after the Recruiting Event in Lecture Room 1, thinking it
might be free. But when reviewing the list mails I see:

Can you tell me if Lecture Room 1 or some other space will be
available for a meeting of a dozen or so people?
