I was just looking at putting some flesh on the list of jobs that volunteers
can help with so that I can do some friendly poking. I am starting to get
requests from volunteers for more information about what they can do and now
is a good time to rope them in.
I will update the wiki but I am not certain of the requirements and I don't
want to put up misleading information.
So is the following OK - at least as a starting point:
Badge Making: Friday @ clockwork? (times?)
Moving stuff from clockwork to venue: Friday pm? Saturday am?
Bag Stuffing: Sunday 12:30 (i.e. lunchtime) @ Conservatoire
Reception preparation: Saturday 8:00 @ Conservatoire
Manning reception:
Sat/Sun 8:30-9:15
Mon 7:45-9:00
Tues/Wed 8:15-9:00
Manning helpdesk/information point: throughout the conference.
Room preparation:
Do we need people to check that each room as water for
speakers, instructions for session chairs etc.
Audio:
Setup in each room: Monday morning?
Video:
Setup in each room: Monday morning?
Anything required to help out Rhubarb?
