Hi There was one question on the agenda this evening that was not really answered:
"What is the timetable for preparation pre-conference, especially activities at Clockwork that we need to drum up volunteer support and the times/dates for moving equipment to the venue? If we can get an outline timetable on the wiki we can encourage volunteers to help. (I (RichardTaylor<http://wiki.europython.eu/RichardTaylor>) can contact volunteers if I know what jobs need to be done)." I really need some information regarding when volunteers are required either at the venue or at Clockwork _before_ the event. If we need to get volunteer help in the week before or to help move equipment to the venue I can try to drum up support. All the best. Richard
