Good idea.
I'll send the proposed email to all delegates tonight then, indicating
that tutorial attendees should do as you blogged, then all the info is
aggregating in one place.
What should such an email contain, other than:
* if you are a tutorial attendee, please sign up on the wiki
* have a great conference!
I do not have, nor know how to get, a list of all delegates email addresses.
(BTW: Luckily I saw my wife's name in the 'Delegates' table last week,
tipping me off that these tables contain last year's data - otherwise I
would have assumed the content of these tables was correct and would
have sent the emails out using their contents. Lucky escape!)

Can I suggest that you send the email asking people to tell us which
tutorials they will be sending to all attendees. In the absence of a list
of just those attending the tutorial days I think this may be the best we
can achieve. Just include something that says only respond if you have
signed up for the tutorial days.
What do you think?
For what it's worth, I've just blogged about people signing up for tutorials
and have edited the Wiki pages concerned, so that people can put themselves
in a list on each page. That way, tutorial presenters get to know immediately
who has signed up.
See the blog post for more details:

If there's anything wrong about the information on that post, please let me
know. I will also send a mail to the general EuroPython list unless someone
tells me not to.
