Giovanni, The list archive is visible to list members, and the list membership is visible to list admins. So you should already be able to see the list archive. From http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/europython-contact the current list admins are paul at boddie.org.uk, john at clocksoft.com, lac at openend.se, funthyme at gmail.com. Any of those people can grant admin access.
