    Hi Fabio,

do you have an update on the date already ? I'd like to make
travel arrangements this week, if possible.

Ooops.. Sorry I missed that answer! Confirmed for the 19th. Can you give some more info so we can book the right place at the venue? For How many people should the room fit? Duration? How should we arrange the room( chairs only? )?

Is this for the language summit? We will need space for up to 30 people, we will need power strips and preferably internet access. A projector would be nice but isn't absolutely essential.

Language summit will be from 10:30am to 4pm. (Preferably with access to the room from 10:00am.)

Ideal room arrangement would be tables organised in a "circle", with chairs of course.

All the best,

Michael Foord

best wishes

Fabio

    Thanks,
