Actually, knowing that there is online support available, just not at this time
is useful to know -- assuming that the online support hours are frequent enough
that it is worth waiting to use.  Maybe writing down when online support is 
expected to be next available would be best.  (In 2 hours vs In May) makes
a huge difference. :-)
