As promised, I have made a plan for the marketing. Comments and additions are very welcome.
One addition would be interviews. Interviews, in the month (or perhaps two; we need to start soon) heading up to the conference proper with organizers, speakers and so on are a simple way to reach many people in the development community and make them realize EuroPython is going to happen soon. Interesting interviews tend to be linked to a lot from all over.
