For me it's okay. At the meeting I will give a detailed status about preparations at CERN.
We have still the possibility of printing a conference poster for announcement. Maybe someone feels motivated to design one during Xmas holidays. ;-) Another poster topic: there was the question about having a poster session. We pre-booked space for that. It must be confirmed until end of January. Maybe you can think about your opinion before the IRC meeting.
