considering all the different situations in the countries
(9-11 July is still in the german studying semester in some places,
is a school holiday in some and worktime in some other parts of
germany etc) i think it is sensible to consider dates by taking
particularly the people being here on the list and wanting to
come into account. For me 9-11 july should be fine, FWIW.
