Hi, On the subject of (keynote) speakers, it may be interesting to have someone from the 'Identity Gang'. It's not directly Python-releated, but OpenID has been gathering a lot of momentum lately, and IMHO it has great potential.
There's a guy based in the UK named Simon Willison. He's coincidentally a Python geek, and seems to be an accomplished speaker.
