I have 3 that were mailed to me rather than submitted, by people who waited till the very last to submit and then had something not work or otherwise delay them. I think that is a little light. I'm for browsing what we have and then seeing where we have holes, and seeing if we can solicit papers to fill the gaps. What do the rest of you think?
