This is great. It reminds me so much of the early days of PyCon.

Please, all readers, be aware that by now the organizers have issues
zinging past them at 100 miles per hour. Anything you can do to take
ownership of your problems will, I am sure, be much appreciated. Most
things can be sorted out on-site if they can't be handled in advance.
