according to our tracker we replied on 06/05/2014 by email:

as of our GTC you have two options:
• You can name another person for your ticket at no costs.
• You can cancel your Application. Participation fees already paid will
be returned in the amount of 80% of the ticket price of our invoice EP14-00165
within 30 days.
