Hi,

I've filed ticket ep2015-1064 two days ago about my inability to attend EP2015 
(sad as it is), and now I wonder what response time to expect? So far, I've 
received only an automatic response by the django-helpdesk system (six seconds 
later, cool!) which is reassuring, saying my ticket "will be responded to 
shortly", which to me sounds like ASAP, which as we know can mean never. ;-)

So, I'd really appreciate some statement more concrete than that, rather sooner 
than later, especially since it is related to a refunding procedure which seems 
like it was not yet published anywhere. At least I couldn't find any, otherwise 
I'd appreciate a pointer.
