Electrical conduit is a good idea.  I am using 2.0 welding cable.  What size
conduit and should I use bent parts to keep the cable flush with the body of
the car?  Is there some kind of product(grease) for reducing the friction of
running the cable thru conduit.  Use aluminium or plastic conduit.  Lawrence

Use electrical conduit. It is specifically built and tested for the job.
