The drives I have are actually about 80 kW mechanical output (45 is rated power for the motor, 80 kW is peak out for inverter) and I still have dreams of doing a 250Kw AC drive, or > somthing like 1200 amps.....Per phase, and a nice 480 DC buss withstand > voltage.
