One of the major points of this list is to answer questions from Newbies. You are far better off asking the questions on the list because then you get several different points of view and it prevents the inevitable errors (that was supposed to say 10kw not 100kw).
What are you planning on building? P.S. Solar cells on EVs are NOT basic questions. They only really work well on high dollar solar racing cars built (mostly) by universities.
