I had the same problem on a jeep and solved it with a steering stabilizer
mounted with rubber poochies from calmini.com. Also JC Whitney has some.
Trucks and jeeps have this problem due to the larger rolling tire mass up
front and tend to flabulate with a pothole perturbation.
