As with many things, these guys are taking a combination of common
effects, tossing in some mumbo-jumbo that is based on a kernel of real
science and passing it all off as a breakthrough. Now the science behind
zero-point energy is real enough - but the effects are very, very small
indeed. We'll not be getting a space-drive out of this any time soon and
converting this to electrical energy is even farther out, if it can be
done at all.
