I vote that we stage our own scam. Equip a car with a big DC/DC dressed up to look like an exotic over-unity device. Install a rotary switch to scan through the batteries and output their voltage on a pair of accessible terminals. An additional set of hidden contacts would switch the DC\DC to the battery being measured. Invite a number of independent observers to bring their own calibrated meters and make their own measurements from the terminals.
