No, I don't think so. In this case, I believe it means you are not an
individual consumer but rather someone purchasing (or leasing) on behalf of an
incorporated (or the like) company. Certainly I could be wrong, and would like
to learn if I am so that I don't misinform people. I don't know whether Toyota
has minimum unit numbers for those going this route. However, I have spoken to
at least one Californian who lied and pretended to be a fleet purchaser (prior
to the vehicles being made available to consumers here) and he-she only had got
one.

Could be. I don't know the answer to that. Beggars can't be choosers, as I see
it. It's a factory EV and it's available outside California, so even if it is
limited to leasing and not buying, I will mention it to folks. For that matter,
it has good range and speed, and if there are problems with the NiMH batteries
after a few years, maybe keeping it under a lease-warantee would be best in some
way? Just speculating. I don't know much about that sort of thing.

However, as we know, it is available for purchase to consumers at the 25 or so
dealerships in California, so maybe that purchase approach extends to some of
the fleet programs as well?

which would all eventually be turned back in to Toyota. If any of them were
