The toe in / camber of the front tires were out of alignment. That's why that outside edge front tire wear occurred.
I still will have to watch going out steep gas station driveways with sharp turns when towing my EV. I am sure as it has been POSTed by more than myself, that oscillation is not good for my tires. So baby has a new pair a of shoes and that chore is now done. I now have my EV back to being safe to drive to classes. I do not know about other states, but there is a $1 tire disposal fee/CA recycle fee, and a $3 disposal fee. So $4 per tire is charged to dispose of the tire.
