A while ago I was given a dead 48volt Zivan K2 charger. It had been repaired/upgraded
by Electrofit Zapi, but had then died again due to ingress of water. Part of the
upgrade process involves individually bolting the four switching devices to the
heatsink, but the screws are inaccessible without unsoldering (or hinging up) the PCB.
The other part of the upgrade is to replace the standard power switches (IRFP460, I
think), with BUP304 IGBTs. Anyhow after a fair amount of hassle I have the charger
working again. However I can't remember how to adjust these chargers (it's been a few
years). There are five trimmer pots on the control PCB. Four of these are accessible
with the case on. The accessible pots are labelled T1 to T3 and R78 and there is also
a T4 which can only be adjusted with the case disassembled. Does anyone have a list of
their functions?

I've also been working out how to hook up a Zapi H2 controller. I think I've worked
out a way of combining the traction/regen and forward/reverse contactor functions so I
can use just a modified FW/RV contactor. I'll lose electrical reversing with this
set-up, but I don't need it anyway. However in studying the manual, there's no mention
of a prechgarge resistor. How has everybody else got their H2 connected up?
