Hi Gary and All,
     Put 4 or so of the batts in the nose of the
Insight where the radiator probably use to go.
     It should give you the balance you need.  
     Sounds like a great conversion!
     I agree about Li-Ion's the future mostly because
they are 3.45 vdc a cell giving them a great advantage
and lower cost building materials once production is
ramped up. Let's hope it's soon.
