It's never to early to impress kids on the value of studying math and science to lower our dependence on foreign oil. Our air in the San Joaquin Valley is getting as bad as in Los Angeles. Valley Air has gives rebates to people who buy new zero emission, low emission, etc. vehicle in San Joaquin County.
