Take a look at Jennifer's Think_EV group POST http://groups.yahoo.com/group/think_ev/message/1490
She points out that the Think City EV meets the needs for many people. It has a lower price, less wheel base, less seating, less range, but if that fits the consumer need ... less is more. The automakers have always compared EVs to the family ICE, trying to make them have more range at too high a price for many. 90 mile range is not needed if there is plenty of opportunity EV charging. Not understanding what the EV buyer wants, automaker CEOs make the wrong business decisions. Obviously Ford's is in this club. Getting into an Electric bike and nEV market that was saturated, and dropping the viable Think City EV when there is a waiting market. : dumb : ===== ' ____ ~/__|o\__ '@----- @'---(= . http://geocities.com/brucedp .
