Light electric vehicle division of an electric motor company
seeks an Energy Storage Specialist to identify, source,
build experimental battery packages, and evaluate
appropriate technologies for a variety of applications.
Market applications include personal transportation vehicles
(electric bikes, scooters and motorcycles), golf carts,
ATVs, small sedans, automobiles and trains.
Energy sources will include hybrid generators, fcs,
metal air batteries, secondary and primary battery
packages.
Requirements: BS in applicable field (Metallurgy, EE, or
other) and 10+ years experience in the building, testing and
evaluation of portable power sources.

iPower is a new power technology company that is dedicated
to providing advanced technologies and systems integration
capabilities for the distributed generation and hybrid
electric vehicle markets. We will provide market access,
systems integration, critical power electronics expertise
and world class manufacturing capabilities for these new
power technologies.
We are searching for a Financial Analyst to be responsible
for monthly accounting of manufacturing, engineering, and
development operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*FULL ACCOUNTING OF MONTHLY CLOSING, ACCOUNT ANALYSIS, AND
REPORTING
*FORECASTING OF MONTHLY RESULTS
*PRODUCT COST ACCOUNTING AND ANALYSIS
*PROCESSING MONTHLY SERVICE BILLINGS
*FIXED ASSET, DEPRECIATION, AMORTIZATION ACCOUNTING
*GOVERNMENT PROGRAM REPORTING AND COST TRACKING
*ASSIST WITH SEMI-ANNUAL BUDGETING OF OPERATIONS
*DEVELOPMENT PROJECT COST ANALYSIS
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE DUTIES OF THE JOB:
REQUIRED
*BS DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING OR FINANCE
*(5) YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
*STRONG INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AND INITIATIVE. GOOD COMPUTER
SKILLS INCLUDING MICROSOFT OFFICE. FLEXIBLE IN APPROACH TO
PROBLEM SOLVING AND ASSIGNMENTS. PREFERED
*EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACUTRING AND COST ACCOUNTING
*EXPERIENCE IN CAPITAL PROJECT ACCOUNTING
