John Wayland set a new world record for 48 volt Modified Production cars. He could not miss. There was no previous record. My 48 Volt Street Conversion Fiesta is 11.5 seconds faster in the eighth mile so he would not run side by side with me. I won zero races that day but we both still won our classes.
