I got one too, same attachment name, and also apparently from Lee but
with an address @verizon.net. (Hmmm, I've recently reported spam from
that domain)
I traced the headers and found that the message actually came from a
host claiming to be named dannycl (that would be its Windows host name),
which has an IP address of 203.173.179.7, and a DNS entry ("real" name)
of CPE-203-173-179-7.supasat.net.
If that's anyone on the list, you have a virus.
But it's true our addresses could easily have been harvested from the
Crest archive. I don't think it's the Yahoo archive, as Yahoo doesn't
let the real addresses appear on any web page.
