At what voltage?

The amount of heat it produces is independent of the size of the device.
You're going to need a lot of heatsinking and fans anyway.

Just out of curiosity, why are you bothering with an IGBT or MOSFET? Why
not just a resistive load bank? If you really need constant current, use
light bulbs as your dummy load -- they'll draw essentially constant
current despite battery voltage changes during the test.
