According to the piece these will only be coming to CA and OR and likely
next year. So, here is your chance to decide:
wait for GM's compliance-car EV (Sparks have been sold outside the U.S.
in ice form for a while now)

Buy the new U.S.-made gen2 version of the Leaf with 6kW on-board
charging and some other improvements on a proven purpose-built EV design
