If anyone is interested, I have my 1994 Converted S-10 EV For Sale. The Above URL is a PDF I prepared a few years back showing it and its features. I am open to any offers at this time. I stopped using it when the brakes went out and have not had the time or money to get back to working on it. I find I have too many other projects and would hate to just junk this vehicle as the city is hounding me to clean up my property. The EV drive line and controller are in good shape but the batteries barley hold a charge now. The Chevy body is showing its age and should be replaced. If you have a good donor vehicle and just in need of the drive line we can talk about that as well. Come on down and kick the tires yourself. This vehicle is located in Rahway, NJ. Due to a severe financial shortfall as well as too many other projects, I am forced to sell off some of my Electric Vehicles. This one has a 120 Volt DC drive system (twenty 6 volt deep cycle batteries) with a 23 HP GE motor, 3 spd. manual (clutchless) transmission and Curtis controller that all worked the last time I drove her. She is currently in need of new batteries and some brake work. The tailgate and rocker panels are in need of some body work as well. This vehicle was converted in upstate NY over 10 years ago and has been titled in both NY and NJ as an EV for most of that time. It has a good working Lester Model 7740 dual input Charger that accepts both 110 and 220 house current. It also has a fiberglass low rider cap over the pickup bed/battery compartment. Vehicle has been titled in both NY and NJ as an EV. I have been asking $5,500, but am opened to your best offer for this already converted EV. Feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.
