If I understood you correctly, what is a amusing is the piece mentioning
'Broder'.

There are several newswire pieces that sprinkle 'Broder' sentences
within them. Some with a meaning, or purpose to the story, and some to
just throw it in there (like their editor said, "and mention 'Broder' in
it" ...).

Newswire status after NYT was proven wrong
You would think that after NYT gave their tepid acknowledgement they
blew it, and Tesla decided to move on by accepting it ... that some
realism would come of it.

Naaa, ... There is still the hate anything-new, pieces being placarded
out in the newswires: "EVs are a huge mistake, a waste, a loser, ...
(blaa-blaa-blaa)". There as some, "What went wrong with NYT?", ' ... it
was the media, not GM, that killed the electric car' ..., 'The press
needs to change', 'baby-boomers need to get their head out of their
...', mixed in with some, "Musk hurt Tesla by fighting NYT ...". It is
still a convoluted mixed bag. The poor public has no honest
major-media-outlet to turn to that knows what they are talking about,
that does not color their pieces with their own ignorant biases, and or
has their plugin facts up-to-date/straight.

And perhaps that is because, as a Ferengi might say, "There is no profit
in this". Media outlets have focused intensely on advertiser ad revenue
to drive their content. For the media, it pays to stir up emotions, and
keep the readers coming back for more, (like a pusher selling an
addiction) ...

 ...

BTW discounted plugin purchases is not the only efforts that county is
making. I have another piece I will be posting that covers a few of
them. That country knows what needs to be done and is doing it (Kudos).
Think how much the U.S. could get done if all the anti-plugin B.S.
(above) was not there to confuse and dilute the plugin revolution?
