Its happening!, take a look at http://recargo.com/search?search=94952&commit=Search&filters[]=cha There are two dealerships north of SF that have it installed: Petaluma and Santa Rosa. I am rather glad they installed at those locations first. It not only makes for a more contiguous charging route, it definitely will help those dealerships sell Leafs as as now, there are L3 to help get drivers from point A to B and back. There is another corridor that needs Nissan Dealerships to fill in the gaps: the highway 101 from Silicon Valley to Los Angeles.
