In many ways, Europe is moving fast toward plugins. In a piece I had read http://www.leftfootforward.org/2013/04/britain-is-falling-behing-on-electric-vehicle/ it had an interesting blurb: 'France led the way in volume terms while as a proportion of total car registrations over the same period, Norway is the leader.' and chart to gaze at about the speed of plugin adoption in Europe: http://www.leftfootforward.org/images/2013/04/Electric-cars-graph.png (compare the amount of vehicles in the country to the number of plugins) I did not post that piece by itself because it references to Pike's research which sets off a red-flag (self promotion), also the piece was written to stir up countryman's emotions (they have their own agenda, and I did not want to go there). {brucedp.150m.com} - On Tue, Apr 16, 2013, at 06:50 AM, tomw wrote: > Interesting.
