Hi Chuck,

I have good data on the Elcon 2000+ at both 120V and 240V.  Of course, that
is a smaller charger than you are looking at.

The 2000+ does a great job of switching between the two voltages
automatically.  Unfortunately, it draws 15-16A at 120V, so it isn't really
suitable for a typical 15A circuit.  It works well on a 20A circuit.  The
draw isn't adjustable.  I don't think all the Elcon chargers have this high
draw at 110V.
