It's a puzzle, but they've always been that way.  I saw this when a friend 
of mine got a K2 years ago.  You tell Zivan what your batteries are and 
they'll set the charger up the way they think it should be set.  If you 
think that it's overcharging or undercharging, or a different algorithm 
might be better, too bad; they always know best.  Maybe they do, and maybe 
this is the right way to go for EVs in general public use.  However. the 
lack of control can be frustrating for an EV hobbyist.
