Not sure if it is a starter motor or a generator. It is DC, pretty sure just series as it only has 2 leads. Wanting to get opinions on whether this would carry a typical 300# scooter with 300# (2 of us) payload at 40-45mph minimum.
Specs on motor plate say For V. sys - 24 Volts - 27 Amps - 90 Duty - CONT RPM - 8000 Appreciate opinions and what those are based upon.
